Job Description

•    Responsible for managing overall people and talent strategies, its implementation and constant development
•    Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring appropriate organizational development strategies in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission and priorities
•    Developing and administering all necessary people policies to engage and motivate all team
•    Managing and improving employer branding, talent acquisition, development and retention strategies and its implementation
•    Managing compensation and benefits process based on meritocracy and fairness as well as the relevant budget
•    Designing, coordinating and managing new and inclusive talent projects
•    Adopting new upskilling, reskilling methods and ways for learning, unlearning and relearning 


•    University degree from relevant fields
•    7+ years generalist experience mainly in recruitment, training & development, talent & performance management, compensation benefits and administrative affairs
•    Outstanding communication, coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills 
•    Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
•    Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment and effectively interface with high-level leaders
•    Strategic and analytical thinking capability with a hands-on approach 
•    Innovative and flexible profile who can adapt to evolving needs and changing environment
•    Excellent written and spoken English skills
