What to expect
You will be expected to work in close collaboration with our Istanbul Team Primarily projects tend to be based around research, which is a fundamental part of the search process. As such you will assist our existing team of Researchers/Talent Relationship Management Team In this internship you may also gain a critical experience covering
- Talent Relationship Management
- Talent Assessment
- Providing project administrative support on live search assignments
- Assisting with the creation of documents and presentations
- Digital Marketing
- Shadowing our researchers, consultants, principals, or partners on live assignments
- Attending meetings and interviews when appropriate
