Job Overview

Through our program, our aim is to empower selected individuals by providing thoughtfully crafted training plans and mentorship opportunities. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in projects and daily tasks. They will have the chance to take on responsibilities in various projects, supported by mentors as an integral part of the program. After the application process, we will invite you to join the Gear Up Young Society platform, and you will be informed about current news, trends, and innovations related to the company. *By the end of the program, those who have proven themselves as potential employees and showcased successful performance over the course of one year will be hired for permanent positions.
