Digital Business Development Supervisor / Business Analyst

In order to strengthen their team, PSA Turkey is in need of high potential professionals to assume responsibility in the “Digital Business Development Supervisor” position. The successful candidates are expected to have experience in the Automotive and/or related sectors.

Job Description

  • Analyzing processes and systems needs with business units
  • Driving identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
  • Being partner with other stakeholder teams across business to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way
  • Collecting and analyzing data for implementation and business consolidation offers
  • Identifying specific business opportunities
  • Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience gained within a best practice international environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, often on multiple tasks with limited timelines
  • Ambitious, driven, constructive, energetic person who is keen on learning
