
Regional Blossom SC WS Project Manager (TR)
Purpose of role: ekaterra tea business is under separation from Unilever. The person of this role will coordinate and follow up the SC separation activities, TSA (Temporary Service Agreement) exits, cross workstream and/or cross region interdependencies, contributing to build up the new way of working.
Core tasks
- Contribute to develop and follow the actions as per transfer plan to ensure smooth and timely move, highlight risks upfront and initiate identification of mitigation action
- Related to TSA exits
- Regular meeting with TSA Owners and MU SC Heads to understand statuses of their TSAs and support their related actions
- Understand interdependent TSAs, support the TSA owner to exit synchronize the exit
- Understand and track the charges for the TSAs, initiate resolution when incorrect
- Identify opportunities exit faster
- Record and regularly report TSA exit statuses on the defined format
- Participate on TSA exit tracking review calls with the global coordination and lead the meeting from the region side
- Introduce and regularly update any report required by the central PMO, Global Blossom SC Lead and Regional SC Heads to manage TSAs
- Ensure that TSE exit plans are ready on time and get approved by both ekaterra and Unilever
- Related to new WoW- ekaterra establishment
- Keep contact with the Global SC work stream Lead, participate on global workstream lead meetings, feedback region status, take care of cascading and following up assigned tasks
- Follow up the implementation plan for each sub workstream in the region with Business Integrator
- Coordinate and optimize the cross workstream activities to avoid clashing actions
- Follow up statues and flag the impact of potential delays on the other workstreams, initiate mitigation actions
- Follow up resource need for each stage and ensure the most optimal set up
- Create regular status reports and collect/ record and report any information/data required by the project and/or the regional SC team
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Record, report TSA statues on time in full
- Call together and lead relevant meetings both to TSA exits and ekaterra establishment
- TSA charge control together with the regional / global SC finance teams, escalate to regional SC Head as needed
- Record and report ekaterra establishment related actions, statuses as per required by the global SC Workstream Lead and/ or by the regional SC Head
- Coordinate X-workstream actions, escalate potential clashes for mitigating actions
- Organize meetings within and outside the region on arising related topics.
Required skills and experience:
- Project management skills and experience on transformation projects with multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge/ good understanding on SC functions from sourcing via make to deliver
- Experience on relevant Microsoft Office Apps (except, MSProject, MSTeams, ppt, etc.)
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience with managing complex business transformation programmes, especially in global carve-out and Transitional Service Agreement exit scenarios, and working together with different levels of business stakeholders globally
- International experience e.g. working with diverse markets and cultures and ability to adapt and be culturally aware to achieve results
- Experience of working in Unilever i.e. familiar with Unilever business scope and existing data models and processes
